I’m now back in Wales after a fun and busy few days with the team in York, before the lead up to the weekends race, the Tour de Yorkshire. And as expected Yorkshire did not disappoint when it came to supporting a bike race! After racing last years edition of the race, it was great to see the race step up a level this year and be another success. After a few weeks away travelling between Wales and Holland, I’m now back at home on the Isle of Man for some good manx training miles preparing for the next few races. I thought this would be a good time to do an update on what I’ve been up to so far this year. Over the winter I spent most my time training between South Wales and back home.
